Lonnie was a saving a grace through the whole process of purchasing a home in Northwest Arkansas. His inspection report is so thorough, detailed, with photo examples. He even takes the time to address any questions or concerns you may have. For example, cross checking up-to-date codes and the codes of year when the home was built to assist you in addressing any potential issues.
